Welltrack HelpNow: Crisis Support
Welltrack HelpNow is 24-hour, no-cost crisis support service. Call 888-371-9355 for immediate access to trained clinicians for crisis intervention, stabilization, and coordination services.If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 911.
Welltrack Connect: Therapist Directory
is an online directory of more than 10,000 therapists, prescribers, and group practices. Therapists available through Welltrack Connect specialize in working closely with students like you. Register for Welltrack Connect today by selecting “Sign Up” and completing the form using your ĢƵ email address.
Togetherall: Peer-to-Peer Mental Health & Wellness Support
Togetherall is an anonymous, no-cost, 24/7 online peer-to-peer support service available to all ĢƵ students. When you create an account on Togetherall, you’ll gain access to a safe space where you can vent your feelings, explore your mental health challenges, and connect with like-minded students who understand what you’re going through and can offer support.
