If an employee who is approved for intermittent PFML fails to provide reasonable and practicable prior notice to their employer of the intermittent leave schedule, they may be subject to Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ's established absence policy, pursuant to the applicable Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ policies and in accordance with any applicable collective bargaining MOU.
