Woven Threads: The Shared Translations of Judith Kornett and Virginia Sperry

Exhibition Dates: August 23–November 1, 2026
Opening Reception and Artists Talk: Sunday, August 30, 2026

Woven Threads examines how these two Maryland artists use textile as their primary medium. Judith Kornett’s fiber pieces tend to be more figurative and Virginia Sperry’s more abstract, but both artists tell compelling stories through their contemporary art.

Rooted in Classical Realism: The Drawings of Joseph Sheppard

Exhibition Dates: June 28, 2026–June 27, 2027

This new exhibition of acclaimed artist Joseph Sheppard’s work explores his talent as a draftsman and painter. Completed over the past six decades of Sheppard’s remarkable career, the drawings featured showcase the artist’s love of anatomy and mastery of the medium.
